Job Description:
Legend Management Group is looking for the candidate with the desire to contribute leadership and experience to an AWARD WINNING company. We are looking for an experienced HANDS ON Maintenance Supervisor with a deep knowledge of maintenance operations and can successfully perform the following qualifications. The community is only 2 years old.
Qualifications necessary:
A minimum of 3 years in property management
Genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
Skilled technical professional committed to accurate diagnostic testing and first time accuracy completion of repair/requests
Ability to perform quality turnovers
Strong organizational skills and time management
Scheduling, prioritizing and completing preventative maintenance with team
Oversee & schedule maintenance activities for the community
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Motivate and guide team in a genuine, professional manner to influence others toward 100% customer satisfaction
HVAC- Universal Certification & OSHA Compliance
Proven experience in Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Appliance Repairs, Drywall and Painting and cleaning. New construction experience a plus.
Additional skills needed for this opportunity include but are not limited to:
Passion for working with people and works well as a team player to achieve exceptional results
Solution based thinker
Exceptional communication skills are required both directly with the leasing team, residents, guests & vendors
Lead by example
Effective listener
Ability to build rapport with diverse customer base
Commitment to follow up and follow through
Elevated level of attention to details (both physical to the property and administratively)
Apartment Ratings/Resident feedback experience
Computer Skills (Real Page Software a plus)

Background and drug testing are part of the interview process. A typical work schedule is Monday thru Friday with the flexibility to work weekends as needed per emergencies, snow removal and on call rotation.
