- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of sales - Experience with cash register operations and cash handling - Knowledge of jewelry sales techniques is a plus - Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience - Ability to effectively communicate technical product information to customers - Proficiency in stock management and replenishment processes - Multilingual abilities are an asset in order to assist diverse customers - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for efficient transactions - Professional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries Note:
This position requires standing for extended periods of time and may involve lifting or moving heavy items.
