We currently have a Leasing Consultant position available, and are looking for a Professional, highly motivated candidate to join our team! Competitive pay and bonuses with opportunity for growth! Daily duties include:
Responding to leads Scheduling tours of the property Accepting and processing applications Generating resident leases Addressing current resident issues Submitting work orders to maintenance Assist the property manager with all daily operations
Experience:
Leasing or Sales experience preferred.
Great customer service skills required.
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
