Position Objective:
In this role, you will engage & connect with our Customers by providing excellent Customer Service.
You will be an expert in product & use this expertise to educate, inform, inspire & outfit the Customer.
You will offer information to the Customer on current merchandise assortment, Store promotions & events, & execute operational processes effectively & efficiently.
Your goal is to bring our Brand to life for our Customers while building Brand loyalty and delivering with operational excellence & productivity.

Responsibilities:
All Team Members are expected to become experts of the Brand's selling behaviors, leveraging these behaviors with every Customer who walks through our doors & allowing us to provide a premium Customer experience.
Acknowledge & assist Customers; locate merchandise efficiently using various methods; answer questions quickly & accurately Offer style & outfit suggestions to the Customer, utilizing mannequins, product knowledge & displays for inspiration & selling tools Promote Brand Loyalty by educating Customers about our programs & their features & benefits Support Salesfloor, Fitting Room, check out, & back-of-house processes, as required Courteous & responsive to internal & external request Exchange & verifies job related information to provide support Education/Skill/Experience Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old Good communicator with the ability to utilize technology effectively & engage with Customers and your fellow Teammates to meet goals Problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, who is always learning, open to feedback & takes action as required Able to handle Customer interactions & potential issues/concerns courteously & professionally Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on- the-job training To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require now, or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.
