HCR ManorCare provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.
The RN MDS Coordinator assists the Administrative Director of Nursing Services with ensuring that documentation in the center meets Federal, State, and Certification guidelines.
The MDS RN coordinates the RAI process assuring the timeliness, and completeness of the MDS, CAAs, and Interdisciplinary Care Plan.

Location524 - ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation - Chevy Chase, MDEducational RequirementsGraduate of an approved Registered Nurse program and RN licensed in the state of practice required.
Position RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
Excellent knowledge of Case-Mix, the Federal Medicare PPS process, and Medicaid reimbursement, as required.
Thorough understanding of the Quality Indicator process.
Knowledge of the OBRA regulations and Minimum Data Set.
Knowledge of the care planning process.
Job Specific Details:
This position will work 20 hours per week at our Chevy Chase facility.
Should be detail-oriented and have good time management skills.
Work well with minimum supervision.
Graduate of an approved RN program and has RN license in the state of practice.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
